Import from View

Rulex Factory, through the Import from View task, allows users to import datasets directly from a View or a Table.

The Import from View task is made of only one tab: the Options tab, which is divided itself into one pane: the Target table pane. Within the Options tab, users can select the specific view or table from which they want to import the structures. Please refer to the data structures page for further information about different structures.

The Options tab

As explained in the previous section, the Options tab is made of only one pane, whose description is provided below.

Target table

Within this pane, users can set the following options:

• View: from the drop-down list, users can select the specific view from which they want to import the structures.

• Table: from the drop-down list, users can select the specific table from which they want to import the structures.

Users will also find the Use old computation data if the source file is not available checkbox: if selected, data from the previous computations will be used if the source table is not available.
